Usually found reading a book rather than engaging in athletic pursuits, I fell in love with yoga when I took my first yoga class in my first year of university. Through the rest of my undergraduate and graduate education, I continued a regular practice of yoga and realized a passion for other physical activities as well. I became a yoga instructor in 2010 out of my passion to share the benefits of practice I found in my life with others. My classes are motivated by my belief in creating balance: in work/life, relationships, mental health, and physical health. My classes challenge you to connect body and mind both on and off the mat.
